  His is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Louisville. I love the chimichurri steak and the vaca frita. The plantains are my favorite item. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Mojitos are good too.

  Pros: Not expensive, great Cuban food Cons: weekends are busy, but it's worth the wait.
